certificate for our professional services! Oxygen
Essential Colorless, odorless and gaseous
in form, oxygen occurs naturally in the earth's atmosphere. We all learned in
school that oxygen is essential to life. But, human's relationship to oxygen is
more complicated than that. We can live without food for weeks; without water
for days; but remove oxygen from the equation and we'd last only five minutes.
Oxygen is required for cell metabolism. Stop the supply, and we can't metabolize.
Capillaries deliver oxygen to cells; the skin receives
oxygen through a fine network of capillaries in the dermis itself. If skin does
not receive proper oxygen, cell division, regeneration and metabolism slow down.
The result - tired looking skin prone to premature aging. Aging plays a roll
in oxygen delivery to the skin - at age 30, the skin's oxygen content averages
75%. At age 40, it averages only 50%. Professional treatments, combined with
healthy eating and exercise habits, can help regulate - or increase - the skin's
oxygen content. We need all the oxygen we can get
it's essential. |
